Answer: We're sorry but we cannot cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. It is immediately sent to our warehouse so it can be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?
Answer: Click on My Account at the top of the web page then click on Order History on the left side of the page to view your order history. Click on the number of the order you wish to check. You will find your UPS tracking number beneath your Shipping Method information. If you click on this number, you will be taken to the UPS website to immediately track the status of your order.
You will not be able to track your order if you do not have an account on Avalanchepub.com. You must place your order using your Avalanchepub.com account to receive your UPS tracking number. We are also not able to track any orders shipped via USPS which is often the shipping method used for P.O. Box/APO/FPO addresses. For this reason we prefer to receive your physical address rather than a P.O Box number.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Answer: Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If for some reason you find that your order is unsatisfactory we will be more than happy to process your return.

A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns. Returns can be processed for products purchased through turnerlicensing.com or through our Customer Service Center at 1-800-337-5723, but CANNOT be accepted if purchased through retailers or stores.
Please allow a minimum of three weeks to process your return. Once your returned product has been received in our warehouse we will refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged.

I purchased a product, and now it is showing up as "Out of Stock" on your website. Will I still receive it?
Answer: You should still receive this product if you purchased it while it was still in stock. If, for some reason, this is not the case, you will be notified that the product is no longer available.

What does it mean when an item says "We're sorry, this product is not available at this time."?
Answer: When an item is listed as "not in stock" that means we do not have any inventory on hand at the present, but we may be getting more in the future. Since we are not always able to get definite dates when these items will be in, we are not able to pass that information to you. If a calendar or planner for the current year is out of stock, it will not be available again to purchase.
