Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your product within 14 days of shipment date. All products must be in original condition, unused, with tags and labels attached. Your packaging slip or printed copy of your order must accompany your return. Packages that arrive to the address below after 14 days will not be accepted. Please contact customer service at 1-855-463-7325 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday (CST) if you wish to exchange your product.
Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Customized calendars and clearance or sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Since lost return/exchangeable shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
