Please use our guide of frequently asked questions before calling or messaging customer service.

I placed my order over a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived.

SportsFreak365 carries certain products that have special shipping information, please check if the products you have ordered require additional time to ship. Please view shipping notes on the product you ordered to see if your items apply or if your item is a Special Order. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process at the warehouse and Standard Shipping is 5-8 business days (Monday-Friday; excluding holidays).

I've only received some items in my order, where are the rest?

SportsFreak365 works with many different vendors. If your order contains more than one item, products may ship from multiple locations and therefore items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Please check to see if some items you have ordered will take longer to ship by looking on the product’s detail page or calling customer service. If you created and account prior to checkout, you can also track the progress and status of your items by checking your Account Orders Page.

How do I add my calendar to my cart after building it?

Note: Custom Calendars will automatically be deleted from your account after 14 days.

In order to add your calendar to your cart, you must have your project opened, then click the green "Preview" button in the lower right. After previewing & approving your calendar, you will be able to select "Add to Cart."

I'm having trouble using the Custom NFL Calendar Builder.

There could be several factors contributing to your not being able to use the Custom Calendar Builder. Please check the steps below to see if those may help solve your issue before calling customer service.

COMPATIBLE BROWERS
The builder is currently compatible in Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer version 8.0 and above. If you are using IE7 or earlier, please update your browser or switch to a compatible one.

ALLOW/ENABLE POP-UPS
If you have a pop-up blocker, please disable it or allow pop-ups. The calendar builder will open in a new window, if you have pop-ups blocked, this will not be able to launch. If you see a bar across your browser in yellow, right-click this and choose "Allow Popups". The builder is not harmful to your computer, nor will it lower your internet security. Just remember to turn off pop-ups once you complete your calendar.

ENABLE ACTIV-X
In some browsers, Activ-X is necessary to launch the calendar builder. Please enable this to open to the calendar builder. If you see a yellow bar across your browser, right-click and enable Activ-X. This is not harmful to your computer, nor does it lower your internet security.

OTHER ISSUES
If you are experiencing other issues, try "Refreshing" your browser page. Often items load incorrectly for various reasons, and a simple refresh will correct the issue. To refresh your browser, look at the top of your window near the "www address bar" and look for an arrow circling icon. Click this to refresh, or if you are on a PC you can simply push "F5" on your keyboard.

SAVING CALENDAR PROJECTS
If you build a calendar to save for a later date, please note that calendar projects can only be saved for 14 days. If you have questions or think your calendar was removed within the 14 days, please contact customer service at 1.855.463.7325


Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Your order is immediately sent to be processed and shipped out, therefore modifying your order after placing it is not allowed. To cancel your order, contact customer service as soon as possible. If you delay in contacting customer service, parts of your order may ship & bill, requiring your to complete a return.


How do I change my account information?

Click on My Account at the top of the web page. Once you are in your account page, click on either "Edit Your Profile" to change your addresses or "Change Email/Password" to update your email and password.


How do I change my password?

Click on My Account at the top of the web page. Once you are in your account page, click on "Change Email/Password" on the left side of the page and follow the instructions to change your password.


How do I log out of my account?

Click on "Log Out" at the top of the web page.


How do I track my order?

Click on My Account at the top of the web page then click on Order History on the left side of the page to view your order history. Click on the number of the order you wish to check. You will find your UPS tracking number beneath your Shipping Method information. If you click on this number, you will be taken to the UPS website to immediately track the status of your order.

You will not be able to track your order if you do not have an account on Sportsfreak365.com. You must place your order using your Sportsfreak365.com account to receive your UPS tracking number. We are also not able to track any orders shipped via USPS which is often the shipping method used for P.O. Box/APO/FPO addresses. For this reason we prefer to receive your physical address rather than a P.O Box number.

Some products will ship from different locations using UPS and USPS Share Post or other carriers. You will receive shipping notifications from each shipping location once product has been shipped.


What is your return/exchange policy?


RETURNS:
Complete satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. We offer a 365 day refund policy. If at any time within 365 days from your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item for a full refund. All returned product must be in original condition, unused with tags and labels attached. Your packing slip or a printed copy of your order confirmation must accompany your return. If you no longer have either of these, please contact our Customer Service at 1-855-463-7325 to initiate your return.

EXCHANGES:
As our part of our complete customer satisfaction philosophy, we offer easy exchanges too. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-855-463-7325 for a convenient and easy exchange of your product. Exchanged product must be in original condition, unused with tags and labels attached.

What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order after your order has been successfully placed on Sportsfreak365.com. If you do not receive an order confirmation email after you place your order, the email may have been placed in your spam folder, blocked by your email service or your email box may be full.

We ship via UPS Share Post from our primary distribution center in Ohio. This is a service whereby UPS transfers your delivery to the local post office for final delivery. Items shipped from our Ohio distribution center ship within 1-2 business days and typically your order will arrive in 7-10 days. Items that ship from other distribution centers or manufacturers across the country may have varying ship times. Approximate delivery times for these products are located on specific product pages.

I purchased a product, and now it is showing up as "Out of Stock" on your website. Will I still receive it?

You should still receive this product if you purchased it while it was still in stock. If, for some reason, this is not the case, you will be notified via email that the product is no longer available.
